Seasonal Rooftop Server

Pescado is Rosemary Beach's crown dining jewel — a Gulf-view rooftop restaurant serving the freshest local seafood. We are building our summer service team and looking for experienced, polished servers who can hold their own in a high-demand rooftop environment. Two or more years upscale restaurant experience required. Knowledge of Gulf seafood, wine, and craft cocktails preferred. Seasonal April–October. Weekend availability required. One of the highest-earning server positions on 30A.
