George's at Alys Beach is a destination restaurant inside one of Florida's most architecturally stunning communities — a white-walled, bougainvillea-draped coastal town built into the 30A dunes. Our kitchen produces refined coastal cuisine emphasizing local Gulf seafood, whole-animal butchery, and fresh-made pastas. We are looking for a skilled line cook who wants to grow their craft alongside a serious culinary team. Culinary school training or 3+ years line experience required. Full-time with meals and advancement opportunity.
