Property Inspector

We are looking for a detail-obsessed Property Inspector to complete post-departure inspections of vacation rental homes across the 30A corridor. You will photograph and document property conditions, log damage claims, coordinate with housekeeping teams, and update inventory lists. A reliable vehicle, smartphone, and eagle eye for detail are essential. Prior property inspection, housekeeping supervision, or real estate experience a plus. This role covers properties from Dune Allen to Inlet Beach — local 30A knowledge is a real advantage.
