Retail Sales Lead

The Seaside Style is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Lead to help manage our floor team, drive daily sales goals, open and close the store, maintain visual standards, and deliver exceptional customer service in one of Seaside's most popular boutiques. Two or more years retail experience required; prior lead or key-holder experience preferred. Must be energetic, organized, and passionate about coastal fashion. Full-time year-round position with paid time off.
